Bittered Bloody Mary

When it comes to Sunday brunches and hangover cures, the Bloody Mary is a staple at the table. It provides victims of the morning after with a revitalizing dose of Vitamin C, salt and capsaicin.

The Formula


 2 oz tomato juice

 1.5 oz Boardroom Spirits Vodka


 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

 3/4 tsp fresh grated horseradish

 1 pinch salt

 1 pinch ground black pepper

 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice

 3 dashes hot sauce

 2 dashes The Bitters Club Chile Bitters




 1 garlic stuffed olive, 1 Okra pickle, Smoked peppered rim salt ( Old Bay seasoning, Smoked Paprika, rim salt)


Rim the highball glass with the smoked peppered salt. Place all ingredients into cocktail shaker over ice. Shake and double strain into glass over fresh ice. Garnish with garlic stuffed olive and pickle, then serve.
