Each year when spring and summer arrives, it brings back the happy memories of sun shine on your face and the smell of fresh flowers. We set out to create a bitters that captures those memories in a bottle. Our Floral Bitters is made to enjoy with lighter spirits such as gin, vodka and even white rum. This floral bitter puts lavender, rose petals and chamomile on the centre stage by using local white rum from Rochefort Distilling Co. and red wine from Les Bourgeois Winery. Our Natural Floral Cocktail Bitters has a final ABV of 60% and carries a nose of sweet botanics and lavender flora. On the palate it start off with the taste of light bitter botanics and dissolves into a smooth lavender and chamomile blend.
